Due to health issues, Mr. Joseph Langlois, a long time antique collector and owner of the Mapledale Nursery in Jackson, has comissioned Belcher McPherson Auction Co. to liquidate his fantastic collection. Michigan Sales tax of 6% will be charged unless you have a sales tax number. Statements day of sale take precedence over printed material. AUTO TERMS: Pay in full with cash day of sale and take car and title home that day. Pay with check and we retain title until check clears. Pay $1,000 down day of sale with balance due within 1 week and we will retain car and title until payed in full.
